The restaurants Donaire and Il Bocconcino join the two MICHELIN Stars already held by El Rincón de Juan Carlos, as well as those of Nub and San-Hô, bringing the total to six prestigious awards.

The Mayor of Adeje, José Miguel Rodríguez Fraga, hosted the chefs of the MICHELIN-starred restaurants in the municipality to acknowledge their contribution to positioning Adeje as a leading gastronomic destination. The restaurants Donaire and Il Bocconcino join the two MICHELIN Stars of El Rincón de Juan Carlos and the Stars of Nub and San-Hô.

During the event, the Mayor emphasized the importance of gastronomy as a fundamental part of tourism and the local economy:
"It is an honor to have such a significant representation of MICHELIN Stars in our municipality, as it confirms that excellence is the best way to distinguish ourselves as a tourist destination. I congratulate the restaurants, the chefs, and the hotels that host them. Their dedication to quality and delivering a unique, high-level offering is the perfect complement for a municipality that is much more than sun and sand. With six MICHELIN Stars and eleven Repsol Suns, Adeje has become a national benchmark of the highest level in gastronomic accolades."

For Jesús Camacho, chef of restaurant Donaire,
"We have redefined our project, which we call the new Donaire, very personal and with a strong focus on pastry. The MICHELIN Star confirms that we are on the right path—a unique and special one."

Chef Niki Pavanelli of restaurant Il Bocconcino added:
"We rely heavily on the local products of Tenerife, the land that hosts us. This MICHELIN Star represents recognition of my Italian cuisine but is also a tribute to Tenerife, the land that embraces me."

Six MICHELIN-Starred Restaurants in Adeje

Adeje is home to six MICHELIN Stars distributed across five restaurants. El Rincón de Juan Carlos, led by brothers Juan Carlos and Jonathan Padrón, boasts two MICHELIN Stars and is located in the Royal Hideaway Hotel in La Caleta.

Donaire, headed by Jesús Camacho at the GF Victoria Hotel, and Il Bocconcino, led by chef Niki Pavanelli at the Royal Hideaway Hotel, join Costa Adeje’s gastronomic universe this year.

The other MICHELIN-Starred restaurants include Nub, led by Andrea Bernardi and Fernanda Fuentes at the Bahía del Duque Hotel, and San-Hô, headed by Adrián Bosch, also at the Royal Hideaway Hotel.

The ceremony took place at the Convento de Adeje, with the Mayor, municipal representatives, hotel representatives, and the awarded chefs in attendance.

A MICHELIN Star places a restaurant among the best in the world. These stars represent excellence, innovation, and quality, transforming every dish into a unique experience for diners.
